The good outweighs the bad (barely)
The staff were friendly and helped arrange our tour guide quickly. The rooms were ample and comfortable, with a lovely pool and great breakfast buffet that had a wide selection of local dishes.
The restaurant menu felt limited and too pricey given the decent nearby dining options. The shower head was somewhat underwhelming, and the bar lacked variety with no diet coke in stock.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the central park and many dining options. The staff were instrumental in arranging a guide for our trip to the Copan ruins, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploration. However, the fitness facility could use some improvement, as it’s quite limited and the treadmill was out of order during our stay.

Loved the prime location and the helpful staff who arranged our trip to the ruins. Our room was spacious and comfy. The fresh renovations in the bathroom were a pleasant surprise!
But oh dear, I did have a minor wrestling match with the shower—less water pressure than I expected. Let's just say my hair was not a priority that morning!

Perfect spot for exploring!
Had a great stay here, loved the cozy vibe and how close it was to the ruins. Staff helped us out big time with a guide for our hike. The restaurant's food was on point, too! Just wish the shower pressure was a bit better – it could’ve been stronger.
